3. Products, Pricing & Sizing Information

All product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and measurements of our plush products. All prices are listed in USD ($).

4. Billing, Payment & Order Acceptance

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal through encrypted 256-bit SSL gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & 30-Day Returns Policy

Shipments and delivery times are governed by our official Shipping Policy (1–2 business days handling, 3–5 business days transit, free US shipping on orders $50+). Returns are governed by our official 30-Day Refund & Return Policy with $0.00 restocking fees.
