30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At FluffyPals (operated by Cheap Kitchen LLC), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your plush purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

  • Item must be brand new, unwashed, and in unused condition.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all manufacturer tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

3. Restocking Fees

We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00). You will receive a 100% refund of your product purchase price.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you purchased by mistake, changed your mind, or selected the wrong size/style, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost back to our address.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, FluffyPals covers 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label free of charge.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Step 2: Our support team will issue return instructions and confirmation within 24 business hours.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days directly to your original payment method.
